We believe that Scripture is clear, parents are to be the primary disciple-makers of their children. The role of CRKids is to partner with parents and families to be a resource for them in raising up the next generation of believers.
That being said, our children, regardless of age, are welcome to stay in every service to watch and learn about worship from family and extended church family.
Safety
The safety of our of our childrenis a top priority. We have taken measures to ensure each child is safe and loved. No Adult is allowed to serve unless they passed a background check.
Connection
Family Connect - A fun monthly gathering for families to bond with other families and to share ideas for spiritual growth.
Buddy Program - Bible Buddies is to help develop a habit for reading the Bible. Student Buddies is the pairing of older and younger kids to ease the transition from Kids Ministry to Students and building relationships.
Special Events - Throughout the year we host different events for our community and church family.

Education
Our Kids’ Church meets after the singing in our Sunday Morning Worship. In Kids Church, they have their own time of worship, prayer, and age-appropriate lessons.

Nursery - Birth to 2 Year Old
Our nursery volunteers provide a safe and loving environment to care for our youngest family members in hopes of allowing the rest of the family an opportunity to participate in the worship service.
Kids - PreK to Kindergarten
After Kids Worship, they go into Bible reading time and then an age-appropriate activity to help reinforce the Scripture.
Kids - 1st to 5th Grade
After Kids Worship, they go into what we call a “Mini Life Group” where they read Scripture together and discuss what was read.
Family Covenant
Commonly referred to as baby dedication, here at Clingan Ridge we call it Family Covenant.
Family Covenant is parents standing in front of the church making a promise between themselves and God to raise the child in the faith so that, when old enough, the child can make his or her own decision to be saved. It is also the church committing to come along side the family to aid them in the is journey.
Family Covenant is available to all families who are members of Clingan Ridge.

Family Connect happens the first Sunday of each month at 10am. It is an opportunity for families to come together with other families to discuss discipleship, education, upcoming Kids Min events, as well as other topics.

Our Buddy program is in two parts.
Bible Buddies -- Once a quarter, we host Adoption Day during Family Connect. Kids will choose a stuffed animal that they will take home with them. This new friend will serve as reminder to help with daily reading of the Bible. Families track their reading and, once a quarter at Family Connect, we celebrate the accomplishments of the kids.
Student Buddies -- We pair each child with a middle and/or high schooler from our Student Ministry. The Student's role is to talk with their buddy when possible, pass along birthday wishes, and as good a friend as possible. The hope is that this will ease the transition from Kids' Min to Student Ministry.Description text goes here
