Elders
We believe in abiding by the Word in it’s entirety and, as a New Testament church, our leadership is headed by men who meet the qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:1–7 and Titus 1:6–9 to be elders.

Deacons
We believe firmly in the deacon ministry as laid out in the New Testament. The deacons of CRBC have the responsibility and privilege of facilitating the ministry of mercy. These men meet the requirements of 1 Timothy 3:8-13.
